Improving adoption across a redesigned ATS

Led design across high-priority product areas to improve adoption of Softgarden's redesigned ATS platform. I worked across discovery, prototyping, testing and delivery, tackling priority topics such as navigation, list views and filtering. I also led discovery and design for the light-touch onboarding workstream, improved the settings experience, and redesigned the core dashboard to make key product information clearer, more usable and easier to act on. Alongside this, I led the creation of a design language and illustration style used across the product and customer-facing marketing website.

Reimagining retail operations across Africa.

Designed an end-to-end ePOS and retail-management platform for one of Africa's largest MPESA providers. I created a user-friendly POS interface, applied UX best practice to a responsive website redesign, improved the e-commerce platform, revamped the back-office app and established a Figma design library for consistency. I also conducted competitor analysis, collaborated with stakeholders and worked closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment and technical feasibility.

Implemented Track 1 of the Tri-Track Agile methodology framework adopted by the team. Contributed to British Gas's PAYG tariff authorisation and migration project, supporting 1.2 million customers moving to a new platform. Led discovery activities and interviews, delivering a service blueprint and journey map to improve service for all affected customers.

Coingen is a cryptocurrency exchange platform targeting growth markets in Africa. I worked as part of a small team to increase design maturity by implementing a design system, iterating on responsive web and native app experiences, and applying principles of accessibility, best practice and persuasive design. I delivered a platform that empowers both novice and professional traders, producing prototypes and key highlights for web and app platforms that were presented to senior stakeholders.

I supported the initial digital transformation of WebTas, a key tool within GFK's enterprise data platform, one of the world's largest market research platforms. Working with UX and product teams from idea through to testing and refinement, I led research planning, journey mapping, ideation, design and testing, using UCD techniques and agile best practice to shape a more efficient, inclusive enterprise experience.
