Improving Adoption Across a Redesigned ATS
Led design across high-priority product areas to improve adoption of Softgarden's redesigned ATS platform. I worked across discovery, prototyping, testing and delivery, tackling priority topics such as navigation, list views and filtering. I also led discovery and design for the light-touch onboarding workstream, improved the settings experience, and redesigned the core dashboard to make key product information clearer, more usable and easier to act on. Alongside this, I led the creation of a design language and illustration style used across the product and customer-facing marketing website.

Simplified Remittances in African Markets
Conducted discovery research, ideation and UX design for a global money transfer app serving African markets. I explored the market landscape through discovery and desk research, created a polished design system and interface, prototyped the app in Figma for usability testing, and mapped key customer journeys to guide the overall user flow and experience.

Coingen is a cryptocurrency exchange platform targeting growth markets in Africa. I worked as part of a small team to increase design maturity by implementing a design system, iterating on responsive web and native app experiences, and applying principles of accessibility, best practice and persuasive design. I delivered a platform that empowers both novice and professional traders, producing prototypes and key highlights for web and app platforms that were presented to senior stakeholders.
