Assisted design discovery and research with Chelsea fans globally to test a hypothesis. I produced discussion guides that assisted in contextual enquires alongside the creation of empathy maps that were used in workshops with fans from Nigeria, Ghana, Spain and the USA, and synthesised key insights which were presented back to stakeholders.
