I led the redesign of critical, high priority verticals to drive adoption of the new product stream, creating and testing proof of concepts for cross-functional delivery squads, providing stunning UI deliverables. Additionally, I led the discovery and design of the onboarding work stream for a ‘Light Touch’ version of the product.

This included creating a polished design system and interface, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. I carried out discovery and desk research to assess the market landscape, informing strategic design decisions. Using Figma, I prototyped the app experience for usability testing, refining interactions based on user feedback. Additionally, I structured a detailed app map and customer journeys to guide the overall user flow and experience.

I Designed an end-to-end platform for Africa's second-largest ePOS provider, earning industry recognition as a top retail automation solutions provider in 2023 and a Google startup award nomination for innovation in Africa. I crafted a user-friendly POS UI, applied UX practices to a website redesign, conducted competitor analysis, designed an improved e-commerce platform, revamped a back-office app, and collaborated with stakeholders for alignment. I also worked with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and established a design library using Figma for consistency.

I contributed to a global design discovery and delivery framework providing evidenced-based insights across multiple epics, delivered through artefacts such as customer journey maps and epic frameworks that fed product delivery squads.
Coingen is a cryptocurrency exchange platform targeting the growth markets in Africa. I worked as part of a small team to increase design maturity by implementing a design system as well as iterating on the responsive web and native app experiences, using the design principle of accessibility, best practice, and persuasive design. I delivered a platform that empowers both inexperienced and professional traders and produced prototypes of the web and app platforms which I presented back to senior stakeholders.
Assisted design discovery and research with Chelsea fans globally to test a hypothesis. I produced discussion guides that assisted in contextual enquires alongside the creation of empathy maps that were used in workshops with fans from Nigeria, Ghana, Spain and the USA, and synthesised key insights which were presented back to stakeholders. In addition, I delivered a sitemap and a content audit of the legacy implementation.
